How long do falafels last?

Falafels last up to 10 days in the fridge and they last up to 6 months in the freezer.

How should I heat falafels up?

It depends on how hot you like falafels and how you prepare your meal.

If you are preparing falafels as your main meal, microwave or pan will be helpful to you. 30 sec in microwave or 5 min on a pan with a wet lid will do the trick.

If you heat the falafels more than 30 sec in a microwave or more than 2 minutes in oven inside of the falafels dry out than you can use the falafels as a dressing for a salad.

If you are after a quick snack, you can use the falafels out of the fridge with dips as a quick snack.

It is also possible to heat falafels in a toaster press it firmly and then they will take the burger shape. Then they will be very crunchy. You can dress your burger with choice of dips and salad
